I was putting the stucker up on the wall and parts of the graphics came of the figure and stayed on the backing .Very dissapointing.

This shop is amazing! I purchased tiles for my oldest son over 7 years ago and loved them! I just needed 1 letter to add my 2nd son's name. Claire and Ron refunded my money and only charged me for shipping since they couldn't guarantee the letters would match perfectly since I had the other letters for so long. They didn't have to do this and I was so touched by this gesture and impressed by this level of customer service!!!
